Our Corporate Training process

A structured, transparent methodology that ensures every training initiative is purposeful, relevant and impactful. Here is exactly how we work with you from the first conversation to long-term follow-up.

Step by step: how we deliver results

Our six-phase approach has been refined over fourteen years of working with organizations of every size and sector. Each phase builds on the previous one so nothing is left to chance.

1

Discovery conversation

Everything begins with listening. We schedule a complimentary 60-minute discovery call with your key stakeholders — typically HR leaders, department heads or the executive sponsor. During this conversation we explore your strategic priorities, current capability gaps and the specific outcomes you want the training to achieve. We also learn about your organizational culture, because a program that fits your culture will always outperform one that fights against it.

By the end of this session, both sides have a clear picture of whether we're the right fit and what the scope of the engagement might look like.

2

Needs assessment and data gathering

Before we design a single slide, we dig deeper. This phase may include stakeholder interviews, focus groups, online surveys, a review of existing engagement data, performance metrics and competency frameworks. We sometimes shadow team meetings or observe workflows to understand the real dynamics at play.

The goal is to move beyond assumptions and build a training design grounded in evidence. We produce a concise needs-assessment report that summarizes our findings and recommendations, which you approve before we proceed.

3

Custom program design

With validated insights in hand, our instructional designers and subject-matter experts craft a program that is uniquely yours. We select the right blend of formats — live workshops, virtual sessions, e-learning modules, coaching, peer-learning circles — based on what will create the deepest impact for your audience.

Every exercise, case study and discussion prompt is tailored to your industry context. We share a detailed design document with you for feedback, and we iterate until it is exactly right.

4

Facilitation and delivery

This is where the learning comes alive. Our facilitators create a psychologically safe, energizing environment where participants feel comfortable experimenting with new behaviours. Sessions are interactive and practical — expect role-plays, real-time feedback, peer coaching and action-planning activities.

We can deliver on-site at your offices, at an off-site venue or virtually through our collaboration platform. Regardless of format, we maintain the same high standards of engagement and rigour.

5

Reinforcement and application support

Learning doesn't end when the workshop does. We provide post-session resources — job aids, micro-learning nudges, reflection journals and optional one-on-one coaching — to help participants transfer new skills into daily work. Managers receive a toolkit so they can support their team members' development between sessions.

For multi-module programs, we space sessions four to six weeks apart so participants have time to practise, reflect and bring real challenges back to the next session.

6

Evaluation and continuous improvement

We measure impact using a four-level evaluation model: participant reaction, knowledge gain, behaviour change and business results. You receive a comprehensive impact report that includes quantitative data, qualitative feedback and our recommendations for sustaining the gains.

Many clients use this report to secure continued investment in development and to refine future programs. We stay in touch and are always available for follow-up consultations at no additional charge.

Guiding principles behind our approach

  • Adult learning science — We design every experience around how adults actually learn: through relevance, practice and reflection, not passive lectures.
  • Psychological safety — Participants take risks and grow only when they feel safe. Our facilitators are trained to create inclusive, respectful spaces.
  • Business alignment — Training must serve the strategy. We anchor every program to measurable business objectives so the investment is justified.
  • Sustainability — Short-term enthusiasm fades. We build reinforcement loops that keep skills alive long after the program ends.
  • Partnership mindset — We see ourselves as an extension of your team, not an outside vendor. Transparency, collaboration and mutual accountability define every engagement.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions we hear most often from prospective clients.

How long does a typical engagement last?

It depends on the scope. A single workshop can be delivered in half a day, while a comprehensive leadership development program might span six to twelve months with multiple modules, coaching and evaluation cycles. We will recommend the right duration during the discovery phase.

Can you deliver training virtually?

Absolutely. We have been delivering high-quality virtual training since well before it became the norm. Our virtual sessions use interactive tools — breakout rooms, digital whiteboards, polls and chat — to keep energy high and participation active.

What industries do you work with?

We have experience across technology, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, government and non-profit sectors. Because every program is custom-designed, industry context is always built into the content.

How do you handle bilingual teams?

Several of our facilitators are fluently bilingual in English and French. We can deliver programs in either language or in a bilingual format where materials are provided in both languages and discussion flows naturally between them.

What is the investment for a program?

Pricing varies based on the number of participants, program length, customization depth and delivery format. We provide a transparent, itemized proposal after the discovery conversation so there are no surprises.
